I recently met up with Ari and Magda in a beautiful forest at the foot of Table Mountain. Here we photographed their couple photos and got to know each other better before I photograph their wedding next year. Here are some of their photos that were photographed that afternoon. Last weekend my sister-in-law, Landi, and her boyfriend, Lukas, joined up with me in Villiersdorp where I was busy photographing portraits for my brother’s new movie. Ek sit snot en trane en huil in die internet shop met die meeste hoendervleis wat ek al ooit gehad het!! Dit is beeldskoon!!!
Wat vir my die heel mooiste is is die stuk groen gras wat agter julle na die berg loop, dis simbolies van die pad wat julle nou saam gaan loop. Ek weet sommer dit gaan n vreeslike opwindende pad wees vol koljander-koljander-so-deur-die-bos en lekker huppels en laggies en bottervliegies-op-die-maag oomblike.

In Mid-Autumn, I met Marco and Lynne at the Spier to do a family shoot them and their latest edition to their family, Thura. They are curently living in Amsterdam. They came down to South Africa for a quick visit to the family and for the christening of Thura . Thura was a cute baby to photograph….
