To start of the year with a bang, I have decided to post the wedding photos of Jacques & Yolande. Yolande is fellow photography friend in the industry (YSP) and she also runs a small business, The Desert Rose Project. They decided to tie the not in small little town of Philadelphia. Their ceremony was held at the N.G. Church Philadelphia and the reception was held just across the road, at De Malle Meule. Colorful was word that came to mind when I started to photograph the wedding; from the decor to the beautiful day. Their day was filled with beautiful emotions and beautiful moments. Something that stood out for me were the cuff links that Jacques wore on the day. The represent two different star tattooed on his arm. The grain was just harvested that time of the year. The combination of the harvested golden grain fields with bales and the big blue sky really was a stunning setting.
Jacques & Yolande, thanks for allowing me to photograph your special day. May there be many things. I would also like to thank Yolandé Marx for helping and assisting me shoot this wedding. Click here to view their beautiful engagement shoot that I’ve photographed just a few months before the wedding. The list of services providers & vendors are listed right at the bottom of the page. Enjoy these set of images.
