Finally! After a few weeks of not posting anything here is the wedding of Ben & Anja. Ben and Anja are both South Africans living in London, UK. They recently visited the country to get married at Vredenheim, just outside Stellenbosch. As Anja walked down the with her father on her side, a beautiful lira (Greek musical instrument) was played by a friend. The Lira made the peaceful and tranquil sound; it sounded like a live recording. Their ceremony took place outside the in the shade under the big trees. But before the couple entered their reception later that afternoon, a section of Anja’s dress was cut off with sissors by her mother and an aunt. Now it made their opening dance so easier (no falling over the dress). I have seen the cutting of the cake, but never a cutting of a dress! I really loved style of Anja’s wedding dress. Once the dance floor was opened, the party kicked off and everyone had a great time dancing under the stars to some great tunes. Here are some of my favorite images of the day. Ben & Anja, this post was long overdue. I hope you enjoy the images.
