There was a time this year that the blog was quite and no new work was posted. That was because we went on vacation for the first time in a long time. This trip to our families beach house in Pringle Bay and to Greyton was a great outing. We got to spent time together…

The pictures are truly incredible- one can really feel the emotions that was present during that day, the sacredness, the family gathering…and these photos captures them beautifully.

Here are some of my favorite images from Maurice & Helen’s wedding day. They got married in the Chatholic Church in in Paarl and had their reception at Tokora. Tokara’s beautiful scenery with it vineyards and hills, makes it a great backdrop (Don’t forget their food & wine). Assisting Photographer at this wedding was by brother, Desmond…

One Saturday afternoon, I spend some time with the Louw family on Blaauwberg beach photographing some fun family pictures. Zani attended Amelia’s Mom’s & Babes classes with Amelie. These pictures are just a small thank you to her. I loved the pictures with their daughter, Julia. She has a lots of character.
