Alan & Martha’s Wedding at Le Petite Dauphine

On a lovely lovely warm winter day at the end of July, I photographed Alan and Martha wedding at the La Petite Dauphine Guestfarm in Franschoek. This was such a beautiful small wedding with a relaxed and fun admostphere. I had so much more time to try out new things and to be more creative at this wedding. Martha and Alan, you were awesome couple and family to photograph. Thank you so much,  all of the best to you two and your family. Here are some of my favorite images of that day.

First Publication in Live Out Loud Magazine

I got my first publication of my photos in the August Edition of the Live Out Loud magazine. I recently started photographing functions and events for Live Out Loud. Big thanks to Steve Hughes and Dunja Berger at Live Out Loud CT. Here is the publication on a casino evening that I photographed.

Graphic Design Projects

For those of you who did not know, I studied graphic design back in the day at Cape Town University of Technology (Cape Technikon). Photography was part of my studies and that is where my it all started for me. I used to do a lot of feelance design work while my photography business was still small. When photography took over my life, I could not keep up with all the design work. So I had to stop my design work. I had a look at all design porfolio the other day and realised how much a miss it. Sad, but I know that one day I will get opportunities in the future where I can use it again. If I look at my photography, I can see the influence of my art and design studies on my style. Here is two images where I used photography in the designs in my portfolio.
