Friends of mine, Gideon & Natasha, celebrated their wedding day at Hebron in the beautiful town of Citrusdal. Natasha is a trained Opera singer and she wanted her dress to reflect the costumes worn in Opera. She had a beautiful sheaf of grain as her bouquet. During the end of the couple session my car got stuck in the sand on one of the farms. My reaction to the whole situation was the following: “O.K., we are going to continue with the couple session while the farmer gets the bakkie (truck) to pull us out.” Within a few few minutes we were out and on our way to the reception. It was amazing to see how their friends, family and their church worked together to make this wedding an unforgetable experience for them. From making the food to decorating the tables; everyone did something. Thank you so much Gideon & Natasha. It was is always a great pleasure photographing a friends wedding. Have a blessed married life! Without further ado, here are their wedding pictures.
